    Shadowland is upon us

I can only say that after reading Shadowland, i could not help but hope that the next issues can top the opening issue. So for those of you who have no idea of the latest happenings in Daredevils world, I would highly advise one to get caught up before diving into Shadowland. What I enjoyed most about this issue was that it was a total mind F@#$ in the sense that myself as a fan torn between the actions of Daredevil. I found myself rooting for Daredevil because it was just great seeing the guy who's taken so much abuse in his life, just totally cut loose; however i couldn't help but feel chilled to the bone by what he does to Bullseye and whatever fate has in store for the future. I think what has been on my mind most is the advertisement "Witness the Birth of the Marvel Universe's greatest Supervillain".   I keep trying to imagine Daredevil as a doctor Doom level threat and the thought just bogs my mind. What effect would it have on his relationships in the MU. Honestly I would like to see Matt go over the edge and become a significant threat to the MU. After reading this it will become clear that Matt's actions could possibly close the door to any possible chance for redemption with his peers. Overall I loved this issue, Art is good, get some wonderful and unique panels which really intensify the action within the story. Shadowland team, you guys really set the bar high with this one! You have my attention and all i can say and hope for is that you guys GO CRAZY and run with this!

Daredevil has staked claim on Hell's Kitchen like a brutal feudal lord, and Marvel's street heroes have to take sides. It has all the makings of a street level civil war, and this first issue sets the scene as Daredevil makes where he stands now very clear for the rest of the Marvel Universe.  I was originally disappointe...

No More Mister Nice Devil: Shadowland #1 0

Ok first of all let me say, I love the art direction. Billy Tan is perfect for Shadowland. Second of all the ending was a long time coming. Daredevil killing Bullseye was the best ending to this book I could have dreamed of. For the most part this was as good as a first issue could possibly be. They let you know who the players where, they set up the first issue and the issues to come and we got some action in there. So Shadowland is basically a huge prison for Daredevil and the Hand's targets. ...
