High school sophomore Juston Seyfert find the remains of a damaged Sentinel Mark IV, near his father's salvage yard. Sentinel was a new ongoing series along with a bunch of other new 'manga styled' comics under the Marvel imprint known as the "Tsunami Line". While critically acclaimed, the series unfortunately (along with many of the other Tsunami comics) failed to catch a big enough audience and was cancelled with issue 12. After readership demanded more stories starring 'the boy and his robot', the series returned some years later with a mini-series in 2006.
