    The secrets are all in the Green Lantern family as we explore the origins of Earth’s original GL, Hal Jordan and the secret origin of Tom Kalmak. Also, Poison Ivy by Neil Gaiman and Mark Buckingham, tying in with the BLACK ORCHID miniseries.

    4. "Pavane" written by Neil Gaiman, penciled and inked by Mark Buckingham, colored by Nansi Hoolahan and lettered by Agustin Mas.
    5. "Secrets Behind the Origins" A 2/3 page text piece on the histories of Green Lantern and Poison Ivy by Mark Waid.

    Note: Most characters have cameo appearances. The first page of the Green Lantern story is reprinted from Green Lantern #76. The Poison Ivy story shows various Batman products and an Amazing Heroes poster with Batman.

    This series as always is very dated, but as always finds a way to impress even the modern reader.  How this works here is that immediately the reader is drawn in by one of the most famous sequence of panels in Green Lantern’s history (I think these are reproduced from another source, but I am not sure.)  The corresponding story though is only really part origin story and seemingly half relaunch for Hal Jordan.  It does touch on one famous sequence of panels from the character’s past but the rema...
