The Story 
Max and John are planning a way to attack the Secret Avengers in day time to kidnap Sharon Carter 
The Good  
This series continues to deliever every time.  1. The art and writing are fantastic. 2. The action and drama help to move the story along. 3. John Steele is one bad ass. 4. The battle scenes are so cool. 5. This is better than any other Avenger book around!! 
The Bad 
Where was Moon Knight?? He could have helped in the battle. Beast got taken out to easily and this is a black-ops team and they were fighting in daylight. 
Overall 
Great issue, the series has been great so far. Writing ,art are amazing and we had great scenes. I would highly recommend this book!!

One of Steve's old war buddies is working with Max Fury and the Shadow Council   The Good I know the name Max Fury is incredibly cheesy, but I love the character, and I love his team. It's his story and team that I am more interested in. The Shadow Council stuff is pretty darn cool and the perfect antagonist for the Secret Avengers. John Steele seems like a perfect fit to the Shadow Council, and the guy is a great character. The tension is getting stronger as the plot thickens, and we see a Steve Rogers that is very new to the fans, with fists of rage and words of vengeance. At first I didn´t like very much Brubaker´s decision to add new characters into this series (like Shang Chi, The Prince of Orphans), since it wouldn´t allow giving more focus to the Secret Avengers´members, but as soon as I realize  and settled that this book is more about Steve Rogers than the other members, I´ve learned to enjoy this very much...
