Secret Avengers #14. The Story: Valkyrie joins an army regiment in order to help them fight the nazi mech's. The Good: What I liked the most about this issue is that we are given Valkyrie background and we see that she may be tough on the outside and she says she never needs men but she did lose a loved one and seeing her yelling at Odin, telling him that we should honor the dead is simply badass. Secret Avengers #14 So here is the 2nd issue of Secret Avengers that serves as a tie-in for Fear itself. UMM I really don't have anything to say before this review but......oh whatever I hope you all enjoy! This issue revolves around two things. An Origin Issue 0
The latest issue of Secret Avengers is again a tie-in with the massive Fear Itself event. This time we turn our focus on the Asgardian warrior woman Brunhilde as she is spotlighted. Long story short, this is basically an origin issue for her and Fear Itself mostly takes a backseat. The Good My highest compliment for this issue goes towards the art. To call this the best story thus far in the series without Steve mostly headlining it does not say as much, seeing as this is the second of two in a row, but this story succeeds on numerous fronts. From the introduction of two new characters and in light of the events transpiring it is obvious that something is going to occur involving one of the tow of them (or both) and as the story unfolds it becomes clear in which direction this is going, but it also does so with an interesting story format...
