Sanitarium is horror comic that revolves around the bizarre and terrifying back-stories of patients who have been committed to a eerie insane asylum. Each story is introduced by the creepy head of the institution, Dr. Stenson. 'Monsters Are Real' tells the story of a young boy struggling to survive not only his abusive father, but a mysterious nightmarish entity that appears to be stalking him.
