Makoto Kino is a Sailor Senshi also known as Sailor Jupiter.

His nom de war is Sailor Neptune Michiru and in fact represents Neptune, the planet associated with the sea, and along with Haruka and Setsuna is part of the Wars of the outer solar system. Officially appeared for the first time at the beginning of the third series.
