    Russell T Davies (born Stephen Russell Davies) is responsible for the revival of Doctor Who and the creation of two spin-off series, Torchwood and The Sarah Jane Adventures. From 2005 to mid-2009, he was the head writer and an executive producer of Doctor Who.
