Rueben Moreira started pencilling comics for Quality and Fiction House before moving to D.C. in the 1950s. At D.C. he worked on Gang Busters, 'The Shining Knight', and 'Roy Raymond, TV Detective' in Detective Comics.  
 
He drew the first solo Lois Lane story in Showcase #9. 
 
He left D.C. circa 1963 to return to Puerto Rico where he passed away in 1984.
