    Major Story Arcs

    The Fix

Together with Mac, Roy carries out a series of crimes in an effort to pay back a debt to their boss, Josh. When they gamble their money away without giving any to Josh, he offers to forgive the debt if they can smuggle something through LAX. Roy shoots Mac in the hand in order to get him assigned to working with the K-9 unit. While Mac is in hospital, Roy fakes a suicide attempt in order to lure fellow officer Pete Danielson into helping him with a case so that he can frame Pete for murder and take over a security detail Pete was assigned. Following a tumultuous security shift with a young starlet, he witnesses the murder of his charge and narrowly escapes the explosion of her house.

    Powers and Abilities

Roy is a competent, if not particularly conscientious, detective. He has received the basic weapons and procedural training given to police officers. He is conniving and ruthless in coming up with criminal plans to benefit himself.
