    Rosie is a super-powered woman working for Anthem. Their database describes her powers as "Biological ordinance," although it's not clear what that means. She possesses considerable strength and can either fly or jump extremely high. Her skin and hair are metallic in look and texture.

    As part of Anthem's Los Angeles Strike Team, she helped take Midnighter prisoner but was killed in his subsequent escape.
