I mean he has that pessimist vision of the world and he's morality is so bizarre and when we look he's breaking a guy's finger (or worse).

Yeah, I love Rorschach, and I can't really decide if I like him better or The Question, who he was based on. Both are great characters, The Question having not really gotten enough of a chance to be awesome.

Yes Rorschach is the best true vigilante ever created!! Batman doesn't count because he gets help from the police, the government and the Justice League. lol Rorschach's 'Justice League' is trying to stab someone in the back with a fork.

I want to see a comic series based off of Rorschach's years, either the earlier ones when he was still mostly sane, or after the kidnapping incident when he went off the deep end.

He is uncompramising in his will to bring justice. the others nite owl and Juspetck just let the whole masacre slide taking a "the greater good angle" but rorshack sees this as corrypt and not wholely good, so he goes out to stop it, a true hero

I think so. WB are still pushing for March, and all the entertainment sites are still acting like it's going to come out, but there's another trial in January.

The best you'll get is his beat em up game with Nite Owl II which will be released later this year. lolSpectrum said:

What astonish me about Rorschach is that he once was a true hero.
But in time, he became more of a vigilante and less of a hero.
He was more focused in punishing evil than helping good.
However, I still believe there was good in him. A good example is whem he refused punishing the fat lady, (even after she lied about him to the point of calling him a rapist) for her children's sake(probably because he saw on the children, a mirrored version of his childhood and didn't want them to sufer the same fate he had).

The question is whether or not it was Walter or Rorshach who was the hero? Kovacs had witnessed some pretty f^%ked up, can you really blame him for his methods?

I'd say that his view of justice became absolute, it matured somewhat.

rorschach is just what anyone in a realistic setting would have to be in order to do the batman thing. you have to be deranged to attempt it in the fist place. as far as his methods go, you can flip around buildings and kung fu kick all you like but eventually your just gonna get shot in the head.

Hmmmm, interesting. Watchmen has so many facets its not even funny. I didn't even notice that about the land lord lady and the kids. Hmmmmm...I don't think Rorschach has evr hurt a woman. In fact, he became the Rorschach we know because of what happened to a little girl. The worst Rorschach has done to a woman is get on Silk Spectre's nerves at the beginning of the story.Static Shock said:

I'm just surprised he has never been caught. He probably walks around to the same snitch spotting spots every night but the police have never come close to catching him before the events of Watchmen....but it took Rorschach an half an hour to figure out that he was talking to a dead guy. That's one hilarious inconsistency.Shaper said:
