    I've done some research on the guy and he seems pretty amazing to me. 
     I think we could use a "Old New" face back in the mu. I think a reboot would be cool. 
     
    Would anyone else want him back? Or do you not even know who he is?

    I agree, I like my Captain America and Iron Man, but every now and then I want to read about someone I know little to nothing about, it's good to read about someone new or old, that's why I'm loving books like Marvels Project, Golden and Silver Age heroes forgotten in time.

    A new ROM book would be good, but I think that they can't do one because of copyright reasons or something like that.

    This is why you won't see ROM Space Knight in any more comics, but that doesn't stop Marvel from introducing different Space Knights. Like the one at the end of Thanos Imperative Devastation.

    If ROM can set the whole marvel universe back to the good old 90s where Magneto and Prof-X hate each other's guts, Cyclops and Jean still lovey dovey with each other, and Spider-Man and Mary Jane are still married, and Rogue still plays hard to get with Gambit... then I'm all for ROM :)

    Parker Bros parent company Hasbro is in bed with Disney producing the Marvel license until 2017. 
    Why would they not allow their own partner in industry put a toy of theirs that hasn't had a pulse in over a decade in a comic book that might spark interest in it?

    Like I said I don't believe that. When Disney acquired Marvel Comics, they allowed Hasbro to continually use the entire Marvel Comics property line, as well to add to it and produce for animation, Hasbro reaping the benefits of all, despite their long standing with Mattel and ownership of their own toy companies. I really doubt Hasbro>Parker Bros would deny them use of Rom, a character they make no money on and Marvel originally gave any popularity to. 

    I think it's more reasonable that the writers just didn't choose to use his specific character for the Annihilators series. Probable that his back story meshed with the one they were writing, or, they had possible future plans for him.

    I did like Rom but hated Dire Wraiths. With a cool name like Dire wraith you wouldnt think they look like mounds of poo.

    DC should buy the rights to Rom and Have him appear in the NEW52 Earth-0. DC has a history of buying unused properties and re-imageing them. Just like they did with He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.
