rogue has been active for along time & over the years has taken the powers of multiple people she has a hard time with Hulk-ish abilities as well as the "gods" & omega level mutants..... now that her powers are hers to control with a little more training & knowledge of her opponent & access to the powers needed to defeat the emeny she might can beat just about anyone save "Phoenix Force, Galactus, the Celesstials, & upper level beings.... dont really know if rogue can use her power on magic weilders thou
