Robin captures Penguin and begins an interrogation, obviously the Penguin wasn't letting any information out, then he was saved by his goons, Robin let them all go. But suddenly a new figure appears, Robins begins an attack without letting the strange person to explain, he assured that he was an ally not an enemy, but Robin didn't believed him. This man s later revealed to be Veteran. After, Robin was beaten up and taken to his hideout.
In the mean time Bruce appeared in Bludhaven and confronted Tim's uncle, he discovered that he was actually an actor hired by Tim.
Robin went to the Gotham to use the cave's computer into looking this new threat and hopefully finding him, when Bruce arrived he didn't seem interested in talking about this enemy, as he was in talking about Tim's "uncle"
