I'm catching up on the Batman story line and got this 5 issue series. I don't know a lot about Tim Drake and his roll in the Batman story. So, this was a great find for me. It really gave me a feel for the character and a better understanding of Tim Drake. At the start of the story, it seemed that Batman was almost forcing Robin out on his own a little bit. Maybe you've heard the phrase, "The unexamined life is a life not worth living". This is Tim Drake, the Batman's third partner, Robin. The Golden-Age really didn't focus on Dick Grayson growing or developing into the role of apprentice, sidekick or partner. The attention to that really didn't seem to start until the relaunched New Teen Titans. Jason Todd didn't really seem to click with readers before his death to get that kind of focus, either.
