Richard Guérineau met Eric Corbeyran in 1991: in 1994 the duo created L'As de Pique at Dargaud, then, in 1997, Le Chant des Stryges at Éditions Delcourt. For this series, he adapts his graphic style: his nervous lines and tight framing brilliantly serve this tale driven beating. In 2008, he joined forces with Henri Meunier for the western Après la nuit, then in 2010 on the second volume of the Le Casse series, Le Troisième jour. In 2012, he produced an opus from the XIII Mystery series (Dargaud) with Fabien Nury. He continues the adaptation of Jean Teulé's novel, Charly 9, where he is both screenwriter, designer and colorist, followed by Henriquet, the man queen, then Croke Park who tackles the merciless struggle between English spies and Irish revolutionaries in Dublin, in the Irish Civil War years.
