The Good:
The hectic nature of the story was great and all the characters get great characterization.
Though no one is the star except Tim, sometimes in crossovers the main character gets downplayed but not here. The art and colors are also great as was the use of darkness it gives rat a very dynamic and vibrant feel. This issue is a top notch script with the best part being those few panels between Dick and Tim, here Dick stops saying Tim is his equal and starts acting like ti! Also of note is the overall theme of Trust. In the beginning Tim all but lost that with the batfam and here he earns it all back. Great stuff!
The Bad:
Honestly some parts had me thinking "suspension of disbelief ON" cause I just don't see them happening at all! Despite this though they never were jarring enough to stop me from enjoying and getting engrossed in the story.
The Ugly:
