By this I mean her incarnation from when Raven first appeared up until the flashpoint reboot and the one from New 52 all the way to present day Infinite Frontier. Without counting White or Unkindness Raven, is she more powerful now or no?

. Regarding the white cloak, yes, she does just put on one with a different color... in that case to symbolize her newfound freedom from Trigon. That she got the first one from Brother Blood, and then when she was in Golden form brother blood gave her another White cloak when giving her a new body. Raven didn't like the cloak and went back to wearing the blue cape. Then given a goth tramp stamp, Geoff decided to make her edgy. Raven with the White cape is just regular Raven ,but without the damn limits.

Current Raven is more powerful .
