    Bob Campbell was the original Prototype and served Ultracorp with distinction, that is until he was fired after being injured in the line of duty. Now Bob sees them for who they truely are and uses his old armor which he renamed Ranger to fight against their corruption. After a reality change event, Bob, returns to the Prototype alias.

    The original Prototype. In the curse of the Prototype series he created his own armor, and became "Ranger".

    After the Black September event, Bob Campell become the only Prototype that existed.
