    Origin

    A young student at Xavier's School that can deteriorate matter at an exponential rate. She is from Florida and is the sister of Riches.

    Written by Max Bemis and drawn by Michael Walsh.

    Major Story Arcs

    Rags meets Bailey Hoskins shortly after he enrolls in Xavier's School and immediately puts her foot in her mouth by mentioning Bailey's dead parents. She then unintentionally makes Bailey feel more useless after she explains her powers.
