Wearing a suit of rags made from the souls of evildoers, Rory Regan patrols the streets of Gotham City dispensing vigilante justice. He is one of the few Jewish superheroes in the DC universe, being alongside Batwoman, Phantom Stranger and Felicity Smoak.
@Jake Fury: He and his ancestors came to America. his ancestors passed down Ragman's suit of corrupted souls which he can call upon to help him. Hes now with the Shadowpact.
I would like him if it were actually POSSIBLE for him to have a rogues gallery…problem is, his cloak eats the villain, end of story. Heroes just don't work well without villains, and I'm a bit sick of Ragman's angst. He's had something like five arcs on how he didn't think he was worthy of the cloak, or how he was unsure of his heritage, etc, etc. It bores me.
I'm a big fan too^^ Loved the Shadowpact series! Loved his recent one-shot! And I'm glad they're giving the team some screentime in Superman/Batman soon!
@icarusflies: I love The Punisher, but I think that the absence of a real rogue gallery is his weakest point!
I dosen't know very well Ragman, I liked him in Shadowpact, is a good and original Character, but He dosen't have a good rogue gallery, I understand that this is one of weak point...
