Raggadorr is one of the eight extra-dimensional entities that took part in the Wager of the
Octessence in order to discover who was the most powerful. By creating the Ringed Ruby of Raggadorr he aquired a servant on Earth -
Stonecutter, The Building Exemplar.
Powers and Abilities
Raggadorr is an extremely powerful mystical deity.
Doctor Strange was often invoking his power. The
Living Tribunal once stated that the spell " Seven Rings of Raggadorr " was very potent and powerful. It can even prevent target from using Universal and Dimensional Energy spells .
Furthermore, the Living Tribunal himself used Raggadorr's spells more than once. He binded Sorcerer Supreme into the Roving Rings of Raggadorr. Strange managed to free himself for the first time, which surprised the mighty Living Tribunal as he stated : " The mystic bonds are severed ! Never has even the Living Tribunal beheld such a sight ! "
