"Bullseye" Conclusion: Bullseye has been trying to crack the riddle that is the Punisher for a long time now, and he thinks he's finally figured out the answer. And he won't have to wait long to find out if he's right, because the Punisher is out for blood and he's laying siege to the Kingpin's skyscraper.
