Deadshot, Deathstroke, Catwoman, Joker, Lex Luthor, Bane, Catman, Jason Todd - Punisher would try to kill them all. Jason Todd's a vigilante now, but if Punisher found out about his former Red Hood days, it'd be bye-bye Todd...and we wouldn't even get to vote on it this time.

Amanda Waller - I could easily see some sort of military history in common with these two. I don't think they'd like each other.

Bruce Wayne - I think the relationship between Batman & Punisher was very well portrayed in Batman/ Punisher: Lake of Fire, and Punisher/ Batman. I was amazed at how well Punisher (and Jigsaw) fit into the Batman world. I wouldn't change a bit of that.

James Gordon - Same as any other good cop, Gordon would try to arrest Punisher.

Oracle - I don't think Oracle would work with Punisher.
