Punisher is like ghost rider without the powers who kills those who do bad.

I was wondering could Ghost Riders penance stare work on someone like Punisher?

if it does work doesn't that make Ghost rider a hypocrite since both are kinda of simular in punishing those that do bad?

Yeah it would work on the Punisher simply because he has a soul. It could be used on anyone just with different effects its supposed to cause the victim to feel all the pain they have inflicted on innocent people. So it could work on the Punisher but he would not feel the pain he has caused the criminals he hunted because in the eyes of Ghost Rider ( Or God if you go by Aaron's version) they are guilty.

Pretty sure they did this in the comics and he is immune to it, or at least for the murders as he does not consider then sins
