Mutant Massacre is good for British Betsy, it sees her join the X-Men and go up against Sabretooth.
Inferno isn't key but it's got some pretty cool Psylocke moments in it.
The Acts of Vengeance Uncanny X-Men tie in is key in Psylocke's history as it's when she was transferred into an Asian body.
Her fight with Sabretooth in Uncanny is super-important along with obtaining the Crimson Dawn.

X-Men: Psylocke is her first solo mini series and is pretty important. Plus it's got some great writing and art.
And pretty much every single of Uncanny X-Force. That series is basically a Psylocke series.
