After the events of Psychic Warriors: Rising, Aero, the strongest being in the entire galaxy, has recruited a new team to defend him from the international criminal syndicate: Blood Moon. After Aero's life was saved from the first human he's interacted with, he was forced to go into hiding, painting a target on his back with Blood Moon. Aero's new team is hired to defend him and stop Blood Moon from pursuing him so he can finally escape Earth and reunite with his family. However, some of the new team members have other plans in mind.
