cmon. we all know they arent avengers for real. i mean, theyre both very much "i work on my own" type guys. i thought it was silly that they agreed to join. maybe just to sell more books or something, idk
 
i dont who should be on the next avengers team, but it would be tight if it was maybe just cap thor and iron man. like a smaller team. that could be really funy

Since when is Wolverine an "I work on my own" type of guy? For most of his comic run he has always been a member of the X-Men. He is a member of more teams than any other character out there right now.

@Nobody: thats a good point. but idk, avengers seem to formal to me for him. i mean in xmen, hes still his own man you know? he comes and goes as he pleases. avengers just dont seem like his style at all

i say let the avengers die for a while give these great characters some solo time with thier own titles then bring them all together later in the next big marvel event that way we can actually get excited about something. and make it to where they have to work together such as iron man and cap letting bi-gons be bi-gons for a greater cuase, which is what always made the avengers great.

@squiresmadnessmachine: yeah i can dig it. they should def all have some solo time, and i mean that including having their own stories and arcs that only include themselves and characters associated with them. crossovers are great, but sheesh we have so many of them. i wouldnt mind holding off on any major crossovers for a while

i think what they have had lately is their solo time. plus with the whole heroic age the avengers team is gonna be a little more classic with a twist.
