Taking Spider-Man for this one. Peter has fought off far more imposing, powerful and prepared villains all at once and even without the benefit of the Symbiote suit to top it off. His powerset makes him far more versatile than Red X has ever fought, easily matching and dwarfing his speed and capabilities. His webbing makes him a threat at almost any distance and his spider-sense keeps him on top of anything Red X may attempt to throw at him.

Ezio all 3 rounds IMO. Ageny 47 really doesn't have H2H feats. Ezio is better at blending in, in a crowd (47 would stick out like a sore thumb in Constantinople). Round 3 is too similar to round 1 imo.
