Laharl is from Disgaea. Even thoough he's well over a thousand years old, he's basically a child by his own species standards. For all intents and purposes, he's a random (and extremely bratty) 12 year old with skyfather+ level magic powers who managed to brute force his way into becoming the king of hell. I'd honestly love to hear what guys like Mephisto and Dormammu would think if they ever met him.

@princeleif: I missed the Soulfire Darkseid bit. I'd think he and Trigon would be about equal actually. Trigon is universal+. It's also worth noting that Anti-monitor stated that Trigon, Specter, and himself were in the same class of power.

Pretty sure Nekron is explicitly more powerful than Parallax.

Trigon, Parallax, Nekron, and Phantom Stranger seem way too low. They should be well above Darkseid and Fate.
