WTF? No review of the ORIGINAL Batmobile, from the TV show?

When I first heard about this series, I had no real interest in it. After wading through "The Batman", which tried to be a Japanese kung fu fighting show (hell, even the penguin was kung fu fighting - fast as lightning...) and had litte to do with Batman, I had low expectations for this show, for which the premise seemed rather ridiculous.

But this show immediately won me over. The combination of lesser famous super heroes, and a little bit of camp, made this series a lot of fun, and slightly reminiscent of the live action Batman show. The occasional appearance of Bat-mite, who holds some nostalgia for me from the New Adventures of Batman show, also added to this incarnation.

And I think the only reason this series (and every other) Batman series gets canceled is because they made enough episodes for the series to go into syndication. Both this and Batman TAS had enough source material that they could have gone on nearly indefinitely.

It's being overlooked that he uses them sparingly, so picking them up isn't as nearly time intensive as may be imagined.  And of course he has different ones for different uses, so very few of them have razor sharp edges that will stick into concrete.
