@MrUnknown: Actually, the reason Kitty didn't fight back by herself in that last  Uncanny is because she is stuck in intangible form. Even if she threw a punch at Kruun, she would have just phased right through him. She can't pick up a rock to leave in his head or grab his heart (assuming he has one, lol) right now. Her fighting skills couldn't be utilized because he forced her out of her suit, so she went running for help. I found it particularly frustrating that Kruun could make a blade that could touch her, but that she still couldn't touch.

Anyway, in regards to video games, every character has to be adapted in SOME way when they are put in a video game (some more than others). In Kitty's case, she wouldn't be able to phase through everything, but they could still allow her to phase through certain obstacles, objects, enemies, walls, and attacks. Just like with Invisible Woman turning invisible, there might be a time limit on how long she can phase. I personally don't think that having to adapt Kitty to the game is an excuse to keep her unplayable. They have done all sorts of wacky adaptations in the past games (look at Wanda's move set  or Cyclops's green optic blast in X-Men Legends II).

If she is colored with brown eyes, than the colorist made a mistake. She only had brown eyes for a little bit from the latter part of 1999 to 2000 I believe. She's had green eyes at pretty much all other times and her official eye color is green according to Marvel.

Some colorists might have colored her eyes brown after Anna Paquin portrayed her, but if you've been reading the most recent stuff that she's been in, you would see that her eyes are almost always green (a small number of colorists still miscolor her eyes...)

I read a description once that said she phases by magnetically vibrating her molecules to fit in between the spaces of other molecules with the "magnetic" part causing the side effect of disrupting electronics (it's in a comic book so it doesn't have to make scientific sense I guess). So she doesn't necessarily turn all intangible or parts of herself intangible and leave other parts tangible. With this description she merely chooses whether she wants to vibrate her molecules through something or not as she comes in contact with it. So she can phase through a bullet by vibrating her molecules through the spaces between the bullet's molecules, but still stand on the floor because she didn't try to slip into the spaces of the floor's molecules with her molecular vibrations.

That sounds really confusing, but every writer seems to imagine her power's implementation in their own way.

" She's resistant to Psychic attacks???? In Astonishing, Emma had her under the illusion that someone was trying to take the baby she and Colossus never had away "

I believe that was Cassandra Nova actually.  I was hoping it was Emma though, because then she would have been evil again.

" extreme heats and stuff should affect her as well "

hmm, I seem to remember her phasing underground past some magma in Whedon's run, but I can't recall exactly...

"   Also, she'd aparently learned a REALLY coot trick where she could keep herself in phase while unphasing one part of her (punching Emma in the face while the rest of her body was still phased), and I have no problem with that. I mean, powers evolve. I can easily imagine her learning how to do this sort of stuff."
I don't think this is new really. In Days of Future Past, future Kitty (in present Kitty's body) phases through Mystique while pushing her gun to make her miss.

In Uncanny X-Men Annual #7, Kitty phases through Iron Man and says "Oh, gee--sorry about this, Iron Man. When I phase through things, my power disrupts electrical circuits. I bet that's why you can't move. I wish I could stay an' help...but I gotta run."

Although, this was a long time ago...maybe Iron Man has since made an upgrade. Still, I don't know how a suit that relies on electrical circuits can protect itself from her power. He would have to have a suit that has no electrical circuits or something...
