Opening Statment Seriously, it's all their in the title. Everything this issue is about. Four stories set in different time periods before (or maybe even during) the time of Ares being a hero. In them Ares wields a giant ax and does what he does best. If this comic were in color it would have to be rated mature. Hence the "savage" part. Liked: .The Art Was Wonderful .Lot's Of Action . I Loved The Dialogue . This issue had much more action than last issue, and Olivetti showed again that his style just doesn't translate well to action scenes. Plus, it didn't help that I'm used to seeing Stefano Caselli's awesome rendition of Phobos in Secret Warriors month after month, which totally blows away the "Children of the Corn" Phobos that Olivetti draws in this issue.
