Still a good batman film but Mask of the Phantasm always be my favorite when I saw that movie and that is what made me really like comic book super heroes. About 4 years later i am enjoying the Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo run.

Manapul and Buccellato's Flash run is what got me into comics. I love this Detective Comics one also!

Can someone explain this issue to me? I mean I loved it but I did not get why the president got killed in the first place and what was going on. Somebody please explain?

@sparty_dbq: I agree with you... but only a bit. You see yes I guess it is written a little like Spider-man. But Dare devil has always had qualities that makes him different.

Seriously stop hating on DC. Things end and you have to go with what comes after that. It's only been one issue. I don't understand why everyone is freaking out.

Look I know that Azzarello's run was fantastic, and I do think that this issue was not very good. But it is the arcs that make a writer and artists run, not the first issue. A good example of this is the new released Doctor Who 12th doctor series. The first issue sucks it set up a good storyline that payed of in the end of the 2nd issue.
