@gdara: I'm a feats person. If something can't be proven then I just go with what know to be true. If Kisihimoto comes out with a statement saying Teen Naruto > Adult BSM, then yeah. I'd accept it.

For me personally, Kaguya is the only one that is really ambiguous.

But yeah, I'd probably move her higher up. Even if Toneri and above of have higher AP then her, they might not be able to put her down.

@gdara: Hmmm... I just think Naruto got stronger. There isn't really any feats from Shippuden that suggest he can overpower moon slicer.

I like to go mostly by proven feats. But it's definitely possible depending on how Kaguya scales.

@gdara: You think teenage Naruto and Sasuke can beat Toneri? Kaguya I understand. She is arguably number 1 with hax.
