Just dropped twice what I planned to at the LCS. Curse them and their awesome deals!

The videos are great fun, bringing me a big, much-needed smile every Monday morning. That's a huge service you provide.

What I don't need on a Monday morning is another thing to read.

Magik - her powers are the answer to my commute. Quick stepping disc on the front porch and I'm instantly at my office.

Star Trek (including current City on the Edge of Forever LS)

X-Files (including current Year Zero LS)

Gonna try the new 12th Doctor. I'm a sucker for licensed properties. Would read more of them if it was in the budget.

Love Hodor.

But I have to vote Sauron. That, when faced with him, Issildur could do anything other than wet his pants is amazing.

Isn't it obvious? They send detailed scans of their hair and their cowl of choice to Reed Richards. Reed creates micro-circuitry that embeds into the material of the cowl which activates when the cowl is lifted. The circuitry imparts the correct static charges to the hair so that it springs into the desired style when exposed to air.

Hm, is that resistant to an EMP though?

We *really* need to think about this further, no?

Well, it wouldn’t be like Reed not to provide a back-up system, would it? I didn’t mention that each cowl comes with an implantable bio-electrically recharged hologram emitter that projects an identical head of hair if triggered by a sensor that registers EMP. This little chip in the back of the neck could emit a hair image 24/7, allowing the hero to actually be bald for simplicity’s sake. But secret identities would be in jeopardy if a significant other ran fingers through the ‘hair,’ so most heroes use it just as the back-up.
