Ban stomps. Naruto can't do anything about Fox Hunt or Physical Hunt and if we say this is pre-purgatory Ban, Naruto can't even put him down. Even if we say this is Ban after he lost his immortality, the stats his stay in Purgatory likely gave him would probably allow him to one or twoshot regardless.
