They are both 16.

Both Ryan Coogler (BP Director) and Letitia Wright (Shuri actor) have stated that Shuri was 18 during Black Panther. A prelude comic contradicts this by saying she is 16 but they are famous for being inconsistent and it's the directors word over a borderline 3rd party book. Shuri is 20 by Infinity War and Peter is still a junior in high school.

The Winter Soldier. Gamora hasn't done anything to impress. Even if we scale off her fellow street level siblings from Infinity War she still falls short. Cap straight up overpowered Proxima and was outskilling Corvus, who approaches into mid tier levels based on his fight with Vision.

Quill by a long shot. It's more impressive based on the fact that at that point he didn't have his powers activated and was essentially just a regular human yet for an extended amount of time resisted the Power Stone's dusting effect by himself then went on to continue enduring it, even if he had the other guardians to help him siphon off some of it's energy it's impressive because they are not gods and you have to take into account that the Collector said that a group in the past still died when they tried what Quill did.

We see her on the screen of missing persons in the A4 trailer but I feel if she were a victim of the snap that she would've been shown getting dusted. I'm going to hold out on the belief that she just went off the grid and is doing intensive Black Panther revenge training. In the comic event Doomwar T'Challa was ambushed by Doctor Doom, barely surviving and went comatose, prompting Shuri to go through strict training and rituals to avenge her brother before attempting to gain the abilities of the black panther through eating the heart shaped herb but was rejected the power by the Panther God Bast herself until she proved she was worthy. They could explore a mini arc like this either in A4 or BP2. The herb is seemingly still destroyed in the MCU so it possibly opens up the oppurtunity to introduce the spiritual side of Wakanda and finally reveal that Bast actually exists, I doubt the MCU would take away an essential part of Black Panther's lore for the sake of realism when more bizarre things exist. What do you think?

@kinglouie: First 3 points can all be shoved under one word, science, no need to break them apart to make more similarities. But Shuri was afraid of M'Baku, and was jumpscared by an old man. Last two is literally everyone especially younger people, it doesn't make you compatible with someone just because you both know a meme.

Shuri is 20 and though probably not racist she has prejudice against white people anyway. Calling two grown men white "boys" and colonizers is enough evidence, even her passive aggressive jab at Bruce makes me believe so.

Wow Kong looks like he would get stomped by every monster here, even Mothra.
