@matteopg: true but I do like cross inspecting the MCU and the DCU, like making Kryptonians radian a frequency of gamma ray so it can exist in both universes, but then I'm the sort of person that has to link Star Trek technology to physical principles lol, it's the physicist in me everything has to have a grounding, not necessarily in reality but a foundation none the less... For that reason Kryptonians as a race intrigue me, it's like they are gods placed next to a star that keeps them all from existing as gods... Which in a way works, well if I can accept the Q continuum and Time Lords, then having a race of gods bound to a star, but worse still living on a planet where krypton it's exists as an ore, is such a great twist. But then to say such ores and radiation are unique to Kryptonians solar system makes it all the more interesting... So the science is there, but not linked to reality. as such I feel all Kryptonians have the same abilities, but those who have grown up near kryptonite or under a red star probably have prolonged radiation sickness, I'd say they are probably more sickly then superman on earth, but fitter then superman when exposed to kryptonite or a red sun as their bodies will be used to the abuse?
This depends a little on the continuity you're following. Pre 52, Kryptonite was basically understood to be pieces of Krypton, irradiated by it's demise. It was also harmful to humans in large doses/prolonged exposure (as evidenced with Luthor). So basically ordinary Kryptonians didn't have an issue with Kryptonite originally, because until their planet exploded, it wasn't dangerous - it was just... earth. Their lack of powers was basically due to living under a red son, which doesn't imbue the levels of radiation needed to manifest powers/abilities (although I think technically DC treated/explained it as different radiation from a red son - it just works in my mind better if it's lower levels, sufficient for them to sustain being alive, but not at the levels required for their abilities).
In N52 it's treated as it's own material/ore, that exists on Krypton itself. It's radioactive and dangerous to Kryptonian's because of how their physiology works. It's buried underground and so normally their not exposed to it. They mine it and use it as a power source. Basically it's like Uranium for us, but specific to krypton. When I talk about their physiology, their basically radiation sponges. All types of radiation are absorbed at hyper rates by them naturally and converted by their bodies into energy in one form or another. Krypton itself stops them from going anywhere and gaining exposure to radiation types or levels any different to their native red sun (still suggesting DC wants a red sun to have different types of radiation from our own "yellow" sun, but again, I just argue it's significantly less intense levels of radiation). This is due to Krypton's gravity basically, the suggestion being that it exceeds Earth's gravity by magnitudes for some reason. So upon exposure to Kryptonite, what is actually a dangerous/lethal type of radiation to them (using whatever atomic make-up Kryptonite has) is absorbed rapidly, poisoning their systems; basically an accelerated radiation poisoning. Kryptonite hasn't been "synthesized" to my knowledge in N52, but it has been replicated by beings who can manipulate elements, like Firestorm as shown during the Trinity War arc. H'el showed for example that exposure to varying types of cosmic radiation at different levels allows other powers/abilities to manifest, HOWEVER based on H'els origin this may be a unique case for him given he was specifically varying DNA samples. Of course anything is possible. I mean we're talking about a universe that has a 5th fundamental force beyond our own 4, so it stands to reason undiscovered or impossible elements and radioactive affects are also possible.
Back to the OP - the basic answer is all Kryptonian's have the same powers, minus any "special" cases like Supergirl, Superboy and H'el. This is because they are all physiologically identical. There is no reason to suggest they should be any different, given the same conditions. However some will be stronger or faster or whatever, just like humans are normally. Superman specifically may seem to display greater power levels or additional powers/abilities, but I think this is due normally to either increased/prolonged exposure to positive/power imbuing radiations, and also advanced experience with his powers. For example when they had him able to vibrate at super-speed - this was learning an ability of the Flash's and how using his own powers he could replicate it, basically being able to utilise his super-speed and control his body at an atomic level. Other Kryptonian's wouldn't know HOW to do that - but there's nothing other than a lack of knowledge stopping them.
Also someone mentioned Daxaamites? Which are an evolutionary relative of Kryptonian's so it stands to reason they would operate in a similar fashion to Kryptonian's and display similarities in powers to a degree.
