I was not going to count him as he clearly has animal whiskers and not the far more majestic (and manly) mustache whiskers. But then he caught an alt form in gen 7, and that is definitely a 'stache.
*Probopass not featured in the wiki
Justified here. With a larger, prouder snozz, some geometric headgear and a look of quiet confusion, like he's watching the bus he should be riding on slowly pulling away 30 minutes before it was supposed to arrive *pause for breath* what more could this evolved magnificence need to achieve legend-hood? A wicked 70's style bushy mustache, that's what!
In another list I may give this past gen puppy clone a pass, but then it evolves, and with it...
An absurdly glorious mustache unfettered by time, space or petty human belief
Jellicent spend their days sinking ships, being terrifying and sporting an amazingly proper gentleman mustache I assume made of water and/or sea foam. Also they feed on the life force of men. I can only assume this makes the 'stache even stronger.

Not to be outdone in any regard, Alola Golem has a wicked lip tickler, fiercely bushy eyebrows and chest fur that a rock really shouldn't have, but I'd call it an absolute requirement for any respectable swinger, which Alolan Golem clearly is!
How embarrassing! I called Pronopass the first stache-r, but I was so blind in my mad passion to chronicle the facial follicles. Kadabra and Alakazam were chronologically the first to sport the stache.
Do bugs grow mustaches? Apparently they do! And how dapper this mustachioed musician looks.
Thin, respectable, understated. The pencil mustache is a classic for the ages
Honorable mention. No distinctive mustache I can tell, but it does wear a rocking beard, and a beard brother will always catch a mention on this mustache list.

Another honorable mention. Perrserker wields the viking spirit of both battle and beard.
*Gigantamax form Kingler not featured in the wiki
Yet still even another honorable. Gigantamax Kingler is bigger, badder and beard-y-er. Take note everyone, it takes a real pimp to rock a Santa Clause beard.
*Galarian Weezing not found on the wiki
Just as you think its over a true contender arrives to challenge the title. Galarian Weezing is interesting enough, but not content being merely an alt form, and a divergent evolution, not even content to have a strong mustache. No, he had to have TWO mustaches and a goatee. Absolute mad lad.
Somehow I found one to surpass Weezing, just barely. Two mustaches on two faces, epic. Two mustaches on one face? Le-gen-dary. Arguably one of the greatest mustaches in not just the Pokemon-verse, but possibly in the omniverse itself.

Honestly the main inspiration for this list. We've watched Mime grow from the cutest baby to ever pre-yoda, to a slightly unnerving street performer that may or may not have a questionable relationship with Ash's mom (Events not in chrono order) but now we see his final form, the dadest of all dad staches.
