@eto: It is amazing and extremely solid, even before rebirth Aquaman was one of the few things that shined in the new 52. His brawls with Superman, and the shaggy man in Rebirth, and Hercules in the New 52 were sweet and epic . Also Dan Abnett in general paints a very political/xenophobic atmosphere into Aquaman since rebirth. So if politics is your thing, you may not like it, if action is your thing, you will definitely like it. There are always a few issues in between that are more introspective and don't have much action, but they also let you appreciate how badass Black Manta actually is. As a point of reference Dan Abnett is in charge of Titans right now and those issues are amazing. You should definitely check Aquaman out, at least the issues where the action is if that is what you are looking for.

I guess people want to see this and I do think it would be amazing to see Deathstroke fight Batman on screen after what Ben Affleck pulled off with Batman in BvS in that warehouse scene which was dope, but to me Deathstroke is a better Titans villain. He was a really cool Boss in the Batman game, but would be cooler on screen with the Titans since he works best by dismantling each of the team members physically or psychologically. I think many people are underestimating the Titans in general and all the powerhouses they have on their team. I think awesome villains that if done right can truly test Batman in his movies given their powers/abilities/psych warfare/general craziness with him are The Court of Owls (with Talon as their main big baddie), Poison Ivy, Riddler (I am thinking Zero ear story arc), Black Mask, Clayface (who can actually be a bigger threat than people actually think, especially due to the mutations he had in New 52), etc. I think the most logical choice however, since he was already in BvS should be KGBeast. His story had to be almost retconned back in the day because he is actually one of the few people in comics Batman had to indirectly kill because Batman could just not beat the guy hand to hand. Now he may have been watered down, but I could be wrong, but if they seem to be mixing elements of New 52 with stuff before that, then they should do this with KGBeast. I think that no matter who the Villain is people will see a Batman movie directed by Affleck anyway.

I'm sorry, I know this is a gimmick and all but I can imagine that this is a slap in the face to all those Jewish folks that love Captain America. I mean, Hydra stems from the Nazi party, a very real party that committed atrocities to real people. There are a million and 1 ways to mix things up, why go this way? I can't, no matter how they salvage this, I just can't keep reading this garbage. This is exactly why I am staying away from Marvel and DC for a while. Gonna check out Valiant titles, hear their writing and art is actually really good.

@amazing_webhead: Same here, I am catching up on my new 52 batman and have already read TDK and TDKR and in all honesty, Affleck plays him to the T. There are also a few Easter Eggs in the things he actually says in the movie which I found cool. Was it perfect? No. Could it have been better? Yes. Did I still enjoy it? Yes. I actually loved it.

@apg103: I totally get what you are stating. Spoilers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Batman technically did his blatant killing in his nightmare sequence (shooting point blank, snapping necks), but during the movie this is assumed I guess by the majority of folks watching it, I did cringe when he point blank shot the baddies in his nightmare sequence though. No one is actually shot at to kill from my perspective and he was not using a gun during the warehouse scene, it was a type of batarang looking thing. He also knew Superman would catch his bullet that shot the gas at him. Also, The cool scene with the guy that looks like the atom was the Flash (he not only time travels due to his speed, he actually crosses dimensions, I think this was what happened, he came from an alternate dimension where Superman was not humbled by the bat.....had an injustice vibe). The identity reveals not sure. Maybe Batman did not use a lead lined mask, but I had the same exact question. I honestly enjoyed the entire movie, the pacing needs help because of editing, but I think people are just coming in hyper critical and simply not enjoying the movie. Lex killed it with "grandma's peach tea", that scene was brilliant, but the rest of the movie, he did not read as Lex, I thought he was trying to be a toned down movie version of Jim Carrey's Riddler or something like that. I don;t think people realize how much movie editing can ruin things, I think this is mainly what happened. Especially with Doomsday and first hour. Though Doomsday growing the spikes and fighting with Wonder Woman was really cool in my opinion.

Wow, this looks very interesting to me now. I saw the 1st and 2nd episodes on my DVR and I lost interest fast because she is one of my fave's and the show was killin me. Seems to be worth hanging onto, just like Agents of Shield started slow and crappy and got really really good later on. We'll see.
