: I think that He wears the full costume more than just that he feels like a crimminal, the main reason is because the government thinks he is a terrorist when he really isn't and baz doesn't want to bring any unwanted attention to his family. Even though Government offcials were there when he got a ring, he covered his face in public, so they dont have to to admit that a green lantern was a suspected terrorist to the outside world. Hes kinda protecting the family in that way cause if he didnt wear a mask, the goverment would be forced to investigate his family. Now they can just kinda ignore his family for now and focus on him cause they "dont" know his identity. i think that hes also wearing a mask because subconsciosuly he does't want to get judged based on his ethinicity on earth.

Personally, Im really excited to see a brown guy in comics. As being a brown guy and more specifically an indian guy, i always wanted to see some more of them in comics, espcially considering that india has like the second highest population in the world yet the only character I know if is thunderstrike of the x-men.(He kinda doesn't count because he took over for another native American's identity). I understand why its hard to incorporate other races randomly into mainstream comics, especially when dealing with a demographic that is mostly catered white males (I know thats an unconfortable truth but it is true in majority of the comic readers) and the fact that most of these characters have been around for decades and so you really cant make an indian superman or an Arab batman. I've told other brown people about this character and they really can't wait to see him unveiled. THis response is coming from people who normally dont pay that much attention to comics. That being said, when they first announced this character I was a little worried because I thought they were trying to make an arab terrorist get a ring which would really really piss me off. Espcially since that would really only inflame negative sterotypes. But an arab american who hopefully isn't a terrorist? I can dig that, hell i can deal with angry misunderstood lantern because I can get where he is coming from culturally (which kinda makes sense if u really think about it or have experianced it first hand). And to answer another person who asked how is there 5 green lanterns from earth, in reality theres three. Baz is wearing Hal Jordan's ring, and guy gardner and stewart have rings as well. Spoliers: (Hal lost his when he got sucked into the black divide and Kyle Rayners been excomuncated from the green latern corps. the guardians just couldn't take off his ring. Which makes him techincally not part of the corps any more) Three rings from earth is possible cause its already done on korugar. (Sinestro, the doctor chick and the royal princess, though they might have died, I'm not sure)

I'm sorry, I never really heard of this character, is this guy just crazy evil or does he have a larger goal in mind with all of his chaos and carnage? If its the former, watch this movie to not only get protested every step of the way (would be blasted as a bad example, what with the shooter at the dark knight rises theater) but also bomb at the box office horribly at the box office by the general public. If its the latter, this movie could be very interesting to watch.

I think Captain America will be faced with a decision to either blow up the world and restart everything fresh slate and all, with him dying during world war 2 or take control of the whole world. Doing option 1 will allow the universe to have a good way to bring back a lot of the old characters while at the same time do something different. E.G. if Captain America died during world war 2, would the US have won the war? and if not how would the new world Order look like with certain characters. Would certain Characters even exist without captain America being alive in the future?

I like Tim Drake as Red Robin, he was getting too old to keep playing as Robin and now he has his own standalone hero to use. Damien is a good robin cause of the fact that we see a reverse dynamic of batman preventing robin from going crazy instead of the other way around. And batman has no choice too because Robin is his son.

This is pretty sick but I wonder what direction he's going to take the series after this arc? What villain will he use, either one of his own creation or a remaining of one of batman's classics?
