I'll elaborate on his level then.

William has three main versions.

Thy Kingdom Come - Thrashes KC Superman and a group of other heroes at once. Gets dog-piled and beaten by sufficient numbers. Low-mid teambuster tier.

The Kingdom - Physically most powerful Gog. Lots of powers including absorbtion. Can teleport and time travel. Much faster than Superman. No-sold planetary explosion point blank. Can be tired out, and exhausted his power after a heavily prepped team of a dozen KC characters came at him. Top-class Teambuster, scraping underside of Skyfather

In the Name of Gog- The physically weakest Gog. A bit weaker than Superman, but no slouch. However, he uses time travel tech to the fullest to distort his personal timeline and clone himself hundreds of times over. Low Herald level individually, but operates in an entire army of himself.

Composite William would probably be a skyfather, as he would have TK's physicals but ItNoG's ability to warp the timeline and spam himself.

So the options would be to use a fully composite Gog, or a Gog without time manipulation.

Meh, haven't read the issue. It's pretty lame to hear that she got depowered though.
