Im a huge Lemire fan, but lately haven't been digging what he's been putting out. Half of this team i like, half i could do without, but this premise has me interested. Ill be looking at this, old man logan, spider gwen, and maybe daredevil
@kfabz-23: I honestly don't believe it. Snyder has been known to fib when he's holding something back. I think that will be some big revelation, because Bruce was horribly injured at the end of Endgame, with him potential losing his eye. I doubt this is the real reason, and I think this Bruce is an imposter of some sorts
I really hope Spider Gwen keeps her home universe. That was the whole point, her whole world was flipped and grounding and interesting, but bringing her in the main Marvel U will just be another spidey character and having Gwen back when its not really the same Gwen.
I KNEW IT!!! I knew they were going to do a bait and switch, unfortunately now if Aaron doesnt make Roz Solomon significant, he just wasted a well crafted character to be apart of a trick
Honestly Old Man Logan and XMen 92 look interesting and Maybe Star-Lord/Evil Kitty but honestly, this seems utterly pointless and honestly a bad idea. None of these stories will matter or truly focus on what they say because they have to tie into Battleworld. this is where I wont buy Marvel until this event is over
its just doesnt seem earned, like we are doing it just to do it. and also Jean is just turning into a horrible character. She just uses people to get what she wants, acts like the victim when she is stirring stuff up, and invades the minds and privacy of everyone around her and doesnt give two craps. I dont mind that they make Iceman gay cuz 1) he is honestly one of my least liked X-men characters 2) I am not reading this book so I honestly have no investment into his character. The problem I have is that it is turning homosexuality into a sensational plot device instead of a natural character identity trait. He's gay so what, they only reason Bendis is making a big deal out of this because he insists that it must be a big deal. Instead of giving the character and homosexuality the respect and dignity it deserves, its just a throwaway gimmick to try and sell comics.
