Batman 1M would win with prep time. With technology of the 853rd century, he could turn invisible, engage flight and even create avatars of himself. He can use datarangs to tracking devices as well as attacking opponents on a molecular level, as well as break-and-enter devices and camouflage devices. With his suit, he can teleport people or himself into or out of messy situations.

Contains 1 million gigs of data, knows pretty much every martial arts in the galaxy, can fight on par with Karate Kid, can cloak and blend with the environment, able to excel olympic athletes in acrobatics and running or even use gravity to fly. As well should know by now, Batman 1 Million is from 80,000 years into the future.
Can those 2 beat Batman One Million? with prep time, futuristic technology from the 853rd century, his feats and the kryptonite, he should mop the floor with either of those Kryptonians. As for Jor-El, he'd hold back if fighting a human, as Superman would and may also be out of character, otherwise. Zod would be the one trying to kill Batman, but his arrogance is exploitable. However, without their superhuman abilities, regular, present-day Batman can still exploit their weaknesses.
Darkseid has never been intangible all the time and the fact is the he did lose or get tagged before. Only the character with the best feats in physical strength should win this battle. Any scans to prove that Darkseid is fast in physical combat?
I don't think Darkseid can pimp smack WW as easily as with Superman and is Darkseid fast in combat? Afaik, Diana has proven to tag Supes faster than he could react. Wonder Woman in New 52 has most of Superman's advantages, but excels Kal-El in combat speed. The Omega Beams can be tanked by her bracelets (as she did when the Greek Pantheon shot a universally powerful attack) and if Supes and Flash can evade them with their travel speed, so can Wonder Woman. Don't forget that WW can hit pretty fast, so don't take that lightly. Darkseid may be a supreme alien, but WW is a demi-goddess with great feats in physical strength.
What's Victor gonna do if he gets caught by WW's lasso from a long distance and gets beat up quickly? if he's in short distance, he'll still get beat up pretty quickly. This can also happen when she fights other DC powerhouses.
