Honestly, every month I look at the solicits hoping to find the announcement of a new Black Panther series, and every month I am sad... :( Come on Marvel!

But still...some great stuff here, and I'm excited about Star Wars.

This is the only place so far where I've seen so much negative feedback about this series. My impression is that it's been critically very well-received, though it's still mostly flying under the radar. As far as my own personal feelings about the book, I freakin love it. I find it totally fascinating. There is lots going on here, but it is not your typical superhero book. Some pretty dark, psychologically crazy stuff. I think early on there was some feeling that Danny Rand's character wasn't very interesting and/or was very "out of character" and similarly that Brenda's character didn't have a lot going on. Since then, what has been revealed has proved to debunk all of this, IMO. This is easily one of my favorite Marvel books right now, and one of my favorite incarnations of Iron Fist as well.

I am friggin' LOVING this series. Can't wait! I think this is one of the most underrated books out there right now.

Man...how is it that Iron Fist is getting so little attention? More people need to be checking out this book-- it is PHENOMENALLY good.

Wow, this just gets more and more brutal. I can't wait for next Wednesday though...this is one of my favorite titles right now.

Black Panther all the way! Nice to see that so many agree. I remember the days when he was a 2nd- or 3rd-tier character. I'm really hoping for a definitive announcement of a BP movie at this year's Comic Con.

Black Panther by a mile! Though I also wouldn't mind Black Widow or Moon Knight.
