The "Umbrella Academy is a comic book series so out there that it makes series like Morrison's "Animal Man" and "Doom Patrol" seem boring. It is the story about six people with superpowers who were the adopted children of a scientist who trained them to become the superhero team known as the Umbrella Academy. The scientist was a cruel father, and twisted the kids for the sake of "the greater good" without any remorse. Five years after the team disbanded, the adopted sibling who does not like each other that much must gather to attend the funeral of the father all of them despised. And then all hell breaks loose.
