The new Batman Beyond series kicks off where Future's End ended....

at least the Tim Drake/Batman aspect of the Future's End storyline.

So far the series is only up to issue 2.

I like it.

I am picking up this series to see how Future's End actually ends and maybe see if the Fifty Sue's character pops up.

Personally, I gave up on the original Batman Beyond after the first 'animated' season.

I did enjoy the first 2 issues of this new series and will continue to follow through this first storyline.

I missed something somewhere....

I regularly read New 52 Superman and Superman/Wonder Woman.

I was reading some of those Superman and Action Comic sneak peaks in those Convergence 2 issue storylines.... story was to continue in issue 42s.

And before that, I remember some 'Divergence' comic storyline on Free Comic Book Day...

So where did Superman lose his powers?

Where did he get locked out of the Fortress Of Solitude and get his Krypton suit taken away?

Where did Lois tell the world of the Superman/Clark Kent connection?

What series and issues are these storylines?

Thanks!

It's been a couple of days since the new book has come out.... so I guess I'll start.

I must note that I am not a major reader of Deathstroke before this, so I consider myself fairly new to the character except for the side stories I've read. That being said...

I really enjoyed the first issue! Excited to see where this series goes.

The Harley Quinn New 52 solo series is seriously the funniest title in DC!

Actually Harley is up-ing the laugh factor in the new Suicide Squad series as well.... see issue 3 for a hilarious fight scene with the Joker's daughter.

Big Suicide Squad fan here.

I loved 'Assault On Arkham' wouldn't change a thing how that was done.

But I do like the change of direction the new team is taking and a film along the current comic series would be pretty awesome.

If you're talking about within the New 52...

I believe Beast Boy started appearing in 'The Culling' series in Teen Titans New 52

After, The Culling, he was in a short lived title called, The Ravagers New 52

Once the Ravagers title ended Beast Boy eventually went back to the Teen Titans title where he still is today.

Haley Quinn solo seres Future's End (not the Suicide Squad one) was one of the funniest comic books I have ever read. MUST READ!!!

Suicide Squad - absolutely HATE what was done to Harley Quinn. Good Deadshot story thou.

Speaking of 'Hating'.... I also was not happy at Cassandra Sandsmark's (Wondergirl / Teen Titans) graphic death in this series. (My daughter's favorite character) In fact, almost all the blonde hair / blue eye female characters in the New 52 had some very bad future's in the series. Supergirl becomes a cyborg. Cassie has her brains blown out. Stargirl has to leave the universe. Black Cannery running a gang. Who am I leaving out? Of course our red haired females did not fair much better.... Batgirl becomes Bane, Mera is cheated on, Hawkgirl is prisoned.

Gee.... not a lot of happy endings (if any) for our female superheroes.

Agreed. Raven knew the whole time or at least suspected something was wrong.

I'm still a little confused from that Superboy issue that explained everything. Probably should have read that issue twice but it was one of those issues where the writers threw a lot of stuff on a storyboard and waited to see if anyone would call them on it (time travel, multiple universes, etc).... as you can tell, I just let whatever be and moved on.

I'm with Saint_Sophie, Dianna Prince needs to be on vocals.... maybe a little Jossie and the Pussycats influence.
