What was dio doing last? I fell like the world isnt enough to beat Gojo for sure, but I'm not up to date with JoJo, so I don't if he came back with stronger abilities

@edgelord91: red lightning means nothing either way, artistic stylings. It could be ryou, just unlikely, seeing as it's a technique only the Samurai and Luffy used. Meanwhile adv coc is used by every emperor(excluding buggy) and zoro. It just seems anyone of any background can use it, meanwhile ryou is specific to one background...
